I had a wonderful experience interviewing with this company. Had it not been for a change of heart in my career aspirations, I would not have hesitated to join their team. The interview process went quickly, which is good, and they were very up front about the pros and cons of working for a small, family-run company. I felt as though they genuinely cared about me and wanted to make sure that I would enjoy the work. The other employees I met with (besides the family, who are wonderful) were all friendly and seemed happy in their roles. The starting salary and vacation days in my offer were both generous, and they seemed to have great benefits!
