The interview process was informative and laid back. My first interview was over the phone, I received a brief description of the roles and responsibilities and was asked some basic HR questions (years of experience/level of expertise). My second interview was with two managers-- I shared my work experience, they had a few follow-up questions, and then we talked about football. The last interview was with the owner of the company--he was very personable and laid back.
