I dropped off my resume and I had an interview at the same moment, the manager was nice and asked me common questions about availability and some situational questions. In the end of the interview she treated me as I was already hired, saying that she would keep contact me in follow week and if I got another job in this meantime I should tell her. The process lasted 1 week and I started my training 10 days after the interview
