Thank God I interviewed with various hospitals because if I was waiting for this manager/Matthew, I was gonna die holding my breath. He shows up 5 mins late, doesn’t apologize and we went through the interview, the most I remember was about him getting promoted to be a director to run this new trauma ICU. Now its over he speaks as if I already have the job, hey the recruiter will be in touch by Monday if not tomorrow. A week passed when I remembered about that interview but I’d already heard from the other hospital I interviewed at the same day. My plan was to choose between them, however the email never came and at this point Ive accepted their competitors offer down the road. I just thought handling the interview as if the candidate already has the job and telling them theyll hear in a day or 2 is very unprofessional. Working for this location actually, was gonna take a lot to consider. Its not diverse, it is very caucasian and racism from their director glen can be very visible. Just like everyone knows hes a trump supporter, assuming most of them are. So, their loss.

The interview process included a panel of the hiring manager, director and team. It was one hour and at the end of the interview, they allowed time for interviewee to ask questions.
