First a call with HR, then the hiring manager, and a home assignment of 3-4 hours approx. Home assignment is not that complex but its not specify upfront what topic will be tested

Interview
4 rounds.
1st. Interview with team lead and goes over experiences and technical achievements. He explains the role.
2nd. Take home assessment that's times. Very simple and straight forward and can be done during the weekend.
3rd. Group interview with hiring manager with some technical questions and review of the take home assessment. Some ITIL like questions.
4th. Interview with VP or someone high up about culture fit.
Overall I REALLY enjoyed the interview process it was fun and clean. The interview was more along the lines of a conversation. However that was not the career direction I wanted so I had to decline.
