Mental Health Matters interview questions

Thorough. Quite intense. The interview panel were experienced and very flexible. They also invited me to ask questions in response to the interview as a whole. It was a very good experience

Never sent me a link or any information after system automatically invited me to self-book my own slot. Had to call to ask them for the MS Teams link. Finally arrived minutes before the interview. During interview 2 managers seemed visibly caught unprepared and off-guard, suggesting they did not even know this interview was happening. Friendly but strange experience. HR turned up half way through my interview, through me off my question and then left after watching me silently for a few minutes and disrupting my flow. Following the interview I never heard back - It has been over 1 month now.
