Interview
After submiting my resume, I got a phone interview, asking some basic information about myself. Then another 2 rounds, including my working experience, my school activities, etc. After that, I followed up with one of the interviewer, and got job offer in a week.

Interview
They will have 3 round of interviews. The first one is phone interview, second one is on-site colleagues interview and the third one is boss interview, the whole process is good and I learn a lot from here.
