Primeri me entrevistó un manager, con el cual tuvimos una amena conversación sobre tecnología y como resolver algunos problemas computacionales. Luego me mandó un examen con 3 ejercicios de diferente dificultad, desde un algoritmo sencillo hasta una api diseñada, hosteada y documentada con un método que debía resolver un problema matemático. Al aprobar el examen tuve 2 entrevistas más técnicas con managers y por último rrhh con la propuesta

No fluye mucho. Parece que te estan contratando para ser un numero mas desde el primer momento. Te endulzan de beneficios que realmente no son para nada importante. El challenge esta bien, no es muy complejo.
