Interview
The process was different since I was recruited. I interviewed with a chief engineer and it was not long. They mostly wanted to see if I could learn and if had a good personality that would fit into Daimler not the specific group I am in. They seem to want to hire people that are not only smart but also sociable, think outside the box, and do things outside their comfort.
