Applied online, responded to me 6 weeks later with an email to schedule a phone interview with HR. The interview was scheduled for 3 weeks later. The phone interview went well and HR asked many questions about my management skills and desired salary. He said with my skills, experience and salary requirements make me a strong candidate. He said he will be in touch in 2-3 days with next steps. I never heard from the Mercer again, not even a thank you but no thank you email. Nothing, I got ghosted. For such a large company they could at least have an automated NO THANKS email sent out. So unprofessional!
