They emailed me to call them to book a time to have an interview. It was a phone call interview and generally quite an easy one to pass I think (they score you on your answers), they then send a link to the Verbal and Numerical tests. I was completely aired after I completed this. I emailed for an update. no one got back to me. To get to this stage and have invested all this time to not even hear back that they are continuing with other candidates is quite shocking.

Telephone interview- pretty basic and informal. Someone called me and just asked me questions about my CV as well as some behavioural questions such as tell me a time when youve shown leadership skills
