one way online interview with normal questions about myself and organization. I invited for a second interview after one hour. The process took fifteen minutes. They asked me to talk about my background in nursing and what fits me to their organization.
submit your resume and cv through mercy career portal. do the interview. get the background check. get the offer letter. mostly very prompt process. all completed within 2 weeks or so
