MeringCarson interview questions

I was referred by an employee, the process was pretty informal. I had an initial interview with the person I was to be working with where we talked about my past, skills, what I would be doing, etc. Seemed to be looking for a personality match as well as a skill match. Seemed like a very cool guy. Then I had a second interview with the person who was to be my supervisor, less technical and more about my past and general skills.

Took about a month, although I have known them to take much longer. Overall, it has been the best interview experience to date. I met with several different teams of people all of whom focused on my skills and abilities rather than weird personality questions or details of my personal life. They were clear and direct on their expectations and what my expectations should be. I was not lied to nor disappointed.
