The hiring process is very slow. Also lot of ambiguity in terms of the job description. HR will make you wait for at least 4 hours and then start the process

Simple 2 stage process
1. Aptitude- Quant and statistic questions
2. PI - Normal CV based questions.
Normal preparations will got us through interview. Less finance and more on CV based questions.
