I found the manager of Montreal office very unprofessional. Dealing with the HR was not an easy deal as well. Every 2 minutes Montreal Manager was always taking a call right when I was the middle of something. I had to give them a call to get news about my interview. They said I wasn't picked because I did not have enough experience however I've worked for 12 years in the industry for much bigger companies and I traveled the world pretty much. They really seemed confused and to be honest I didn't think it was a good company to work for as soon as I walked in. Better not apply they don't disserve you.

I applied online and after few weeks I got a call from HR with describing the role and inviting me for an in person interview. On an in person interview it was me and from their side there were 2 people interviewing me for about an hour. They basically told me that there is no suitable position for me right now so not sure why they invited me.

My interviewer wasted my time during the whole 30 minutes, suggesting that I apply to other places the moment the interview started, and kept asking irrelevant questions that had nothing to do with the position, the company itself, nor my past experiences and resume. I felt like I was being discriminated and misled the moment I walked into the interview.
