Very uneducated management doing the interviews. Very easy to get a job here especially if you like to party and know a lot of gossip and drama about other employees.

Kinda scattershot. Seemed like they don't know what their own process is and weren't very organized in their interview pace. Had 4 interviews before getting an offer sheet. What they posted 65 to 75K was basically 25k in commissions.
