The interview process was straightforward with a recruiter call and two rounds (Hiring Manager & Team Round) before making a decision. After the recruiter call, it took 5 weeks for the entire process to be completed. What made my experience negative was the recruiter. They did not answer emails, gave me the wrong Teams links, and were unhelpful during the interview process. During the first recruiter call, the Recruiter over-promised how confident he was that I would get the job. There was no communication from the recruiter after each stage of the process, including after my final interview, he did not contact me or respond to my follow-up email for over a week and a half. Overall, it was a very confusing interview process because of the recruiter. The other folks I interviewed were absolutely great and made me excited about Merlyn Mind, but the lack of communication from the recruiter made me question the validity of the company. My advice for interviewees is to get the contact info for the hiring manager and communicate directly with them (as my only contact was the recruiter). Good luck!
