I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Merriweather Post Pavilion in May 2013
Interview
Sit down interview with a Director of Staff, very casual. Can be either 1:1 or 2:1 depending on who is free that day for interviews. Was quick, easy, and gave me a solid idea of what working at the company would be like. Was asked several questions relating to my ability to work with people and how I would handle several different scenarios.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked if the horse that played Seabiscuit in the movie deserved an Oscar for its performance.
The interview was fun and was a good opportunity to learn about the job, as well as see what the staff is required to do. The staff is welcoming and fun when they explain the job.
Giant group interview, questions are based on determining your personality. You would be interviewed by about three people, and there would be five or 6 other people interviewing with you. They would ask a general question and whoever responded first probably had the most time to chat. Very friendly, bizarre questions just to determine whether you could work in that environment.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Merriweather Post Pavilion (Columbia, MD) in Apr 2017
Interview
The most legendary interview of my life. Group interview and it was just an "off-centered" conversation designed to see how prospective employees reacted. they were looking for individuals to adapt and show personality.
