If they like your app, you go to Interview 1
If you pass there, you get a Take Home assignment
If you pass that you go to Interview 2
If you pass that then you get the Offer
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Messari
Interview
Long interview process (3-4 weeks). Communication could have been better. 1 week on the take-home assignment followed by an interview about the assignment and industry. Final interview seemed like a culture/fit type of interview.
