It was super quick. I send out my email to Metanaut and then they reply to me after 30mins to schedule an interview. The 1st interview was a natural conversation to get to know each other. All in all, it took us two weeks. The 2nd interview was a technical interview and some common HR questions. Actually, we decided not to move forward during 2nd interview because my career is a bit different from what I applied for. But after that, they gave me a small contract project to how well we can work together in the future. Of course, they said I'm paid for it I thought it is a chance to show them my skills. Eventually, I did that project within an hour. And then, they give me a big offer to join this company. Unfortunately, I decided not to get into this company because it is a bit different from what I want to do and what they want me to do. However, regardless of what I want to do, it is the truth they give us a fair opportunity.
