One technical lead, one manager and one HR guy interviewed. Mostly technical content. HR staff talked first about why am I leaving my current job. The technical interview was mostly about object oriented programming concepts and some java programming background. No database or data oriented questions asked. Software manager didn't participate at all.

Interview
The interview included both technical and human resource employees. The technical questions were well rounded and were from different aspects. For the questions I asked were answered properly. The overall experience was good.
