Submit email to HR and find out in a few weeks if given an interview. Interview was about 3 hrs long. Talk to 1 person from HR, talk to the manager and then talk to 2-3 engineers who you'll most likely be working with.

Submitted resume online and called for an onsite interview. Interviewed with HR, manager and few engineers I'd be working with. Got asked mostly behavioral questions and the people were generally pretty nice.
