- the recruiting team was professional and helpful - the virtual onsite round was relatively short and in my opinion not deep enough to capture the candidate's full strength - they tried to come up with their own innovative coding interview format but it was a bit clunky with some technical difficulties - recruiter offered to hop on a call post-onsite to give feedback but when the call actually happened they couldn't provide anything too meaningful; they only mentioned you need a strong advocate in order for you to actually get an offer and even mentioned that one interviewer didn't fill the feedback sheet so they couldn't provide anything - overall the experience was positive but they made you commit lots of time to the process with 3 rounds and an onsite and hang-out with the team but in the end provided very little insight

You will first be reached out to by a recruiter. They will ask you to complete a project for them. If you do good on the project you will get the chance to talk to the CEO. No matter how good you do it will not be good enough because congratulations, Method uses this interview process to get free work. I created an entire front end and backend system for them, and they told me that my system was exactly what they needed. Then a few days later I get told that they did not hire me because I only have experiences working at large companies. Then a few weeks go by and I get reached out to by another recruiter at the same company asking me to do this free labor for them again. No way this time. Do not fall for this free labor trap. They will never hire you.
