Methodist Children's Home Society interview questions

I feel my entire interview experience with them brought on SO many red flags. For starters, I had to do SEVERAL interviews, 2 of which were in person, AND a work assignment. For both in person interviews they were late or had completely forgotten about the interview totally. Upon my first in-person interview I was prompted to fill out an additional job application, which was many pages long & repetitive to the original job application I already submitted. During the interviews I was asked information & specific tips on marketing strategies specific to their company. The individual interviewing me then ‘jokingly’ stated that she was looking to squeeze as much info out of these interviews as possible. There was no pay transparency or communication provided even after asking for a range several times. After asking several times I was simply told it would be “less than 70,000 for sure.” After my third interview I was instructed to complete several marketing mockups and designs for them. The document was about 6 pages long and the design instructions were very specific. Before I even submitted these work samples I noticed they re-listed the marketing role, which I found suspicious considering I was already 3+ interviews deep with them, & had not yet turned in the requested “projects” they had me create. Immediately after I submitted these projects I received an email saying they would not be moving forward. I strongly feel they were just looking to get information on marketing strategy specific, as well as get free content & designs from people they were interviewing.
