Pathetic process, no clarity about requirements and wasting candidates time with multiple interviews and finally they come up with opinion that profile is not matching.
No respect for others time, I hade given 4 rounds of interview and after all the rounds I was told that I am not shortlisted in 2nd round, I am surprised to see the un ethical process of interviewing a candidate where feedback comes from different person than the one who took interview!!!
