Contacted via phone by a recruiter. The phone interview was weirdly formatted. I was asked to come back for a second interview and thought it went pretty well. The recruiter said they would get back to me about any updates, but didn't--until I reached out. It wasn't the most organized interview process. I am a little disappointed by how it all happened, but it's their loss.
