Told me in the interview that they would train me to manage my own facility and that I could earn up to 55,000 per year, but the truth is I was a floater and a fill in at all of their locations and the pay was $10 an hour. They do not give you a raise at all ever. In order to earn more money you have to work over 60 hours per week to gain overtime pay. Many floaters float around for YEARS before a management position opens up.
