      IT Consultant Interview

      Jan 24, 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Fresno, CA
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Metro Networks (Fresno, CA) in Feb 2015

      Interview

brought into small conference room, CEO CFO in room, waiting for President, he was late. was on his phone the entire time. asked questions non relevant to job. left interview 3 times to answer personal calls. Very unprofessional. Interview was very non professional I felt the interviewers were looking for someone to replace the current employee. lack of detail in the field. This startup company has a great potential to one of the best sources, but if the current President is still in control of both Presidential duties and day to day staff management, this company will fail with in 3 years.
