I appreciated the deep dive both the recruiter and manager took into my work, sales style, relationship building/network, and the performance data shared. They both ensured I knew exactly what the position would entail, how I would be measured, and how my work had been assessed in the past. Throughout the entire process I felt like a person engaged in a meaningful conversation and discourse, and not like a resume being tested by an ATS system.
