1) This process started with 1:1 interview with the HR Staff to make sure what Management Development Program we interested in. M-MDP (Metro TV Management Development Program) is a new program at Metro TV's HR Division. Overall the program is same as other Development Program but they divided the program into three, there are Marketing, Supporting, and Broadcasting. This interview is to make sure what field we are most interested at.
2) After a week, I received an invitation sms to attend the psychological test (include IQ Test, Personality Test). In the middle of the test there will be an announcement whether we passed the 1st part (IQ test) or not. When you passed the test, you will continue the 2nd part (Personality test). On the same day there will be a group discussion too (we will be given a case and must find what is the main problem and how to solve it). After that there is another 1:1 interview by the psychologist to make sure about the personality test and ask about our background.
3)A week after that (the notification arrived exact a week after the test day), I received a call from the HR staff told me to come to Panel Interview the next day. We will ask to prepare a presentation about one of the program that aired in they channel and we will be recorded to do the introducing with English. The panel consist of three person, after entering the room I introduce my name and nickname and asked to do the presentation immediately. After that I asked by many question about my self (family, personality, my vision, and asked to do reportage [because I more interested in broadcasting than the two other]).
4)After wait for a week, I haven't heard any follow up. I thought It's not my luck, I'll try for other chances. Good luck everyone :)
