Submitted application. Received an email about setting up a phone interview. After phone interview, we scheduled a zoom call. After zoom call, I was told I'd hear back from HR and never did. Overall, was a positive experience. Everything went well, but because still a young startup and very busy - my application could've just fallen through the cracks.
