Mi-Jack Products interview questions

After preparing several hours for an initial virtual interview, the hiring manager did not bother to join. Did not follow-up or reschedule. later heard it was because the pay range I was at was higher than the rate they were hiring for. You would think this was vetted out before scheduling the interview, and then communicated before allowing a potential hire to sit on the call never intending to join.
