The owner asked situational questions. Instead of asking how you handle conflict she asks you to describe a situation where you handled conflict. You also have to audition and play the instruments that you would like to be certified on. I prepared ahead of time a piano and vocal piece. They also had me sightread on piano, voice, and violin.
