Interview
I interviewed with the HR manager for the position, general questions about my background and daily life was asked but he couldn’t get knot details of the job. I was told that I would be meeting with the execs on the second round of interviews. I followed up with a thank you email the same day and several emails in the upcoming week on status but never heard back. It would have been nice if my interviewer responded to inform me that we would not be continuing with the interview process.

Interview
Slow. Multiple meetings with multiple members of the team. Michilli team cancelled and rescheduled interviews multiple times. Its unclear whether this was part of a vetting process, to determine how interested in the job I was, or how chaotic the work schedule is in the office.
