Interview
The interview is a one-on-one conversation via Skype followed by a 25-minute mock class based on material sent over to you. Feedback is then given to you and you may invited back for another interview. In my case, I declined, as I felt the whole process to be unprofessional.
It was pretty easy. Nothing special. The interviewer was very polite and they asked my about my style of teaching and my previous experience. Nice to have that opportunity. But they don't exist anymore I guess.
