Found listing on Craigslist - was called the next day and was asked to come in for an interview that day. Had a sit down with the owner and he basically just told me what the company did and what was needed and thought, based on my resume, it'd be a good fit. Was pretty short but before I left I was invited back for a '2nd interview' the next day. The next day I showed up and was given a tour then was basically put to work in the shop, The owner wasn't there for most of it and I was led around the shop by the bench tech. I was given some tickets to work on and was able to complete them quickly. I was there four about 4 or 5 hours working on systems. Owner finally showed up and asked if I liked it and if I wanted the job.
