Applied through a Staffing Agency, First round of interview was great - Met the Hiring manager and discussed about my experience as it relates to the Job, A couple of behavioral questions as well was asked and it was a really great first interview. Second Interview was with the team, I was told it was just 3 to 4 people but had 10 people in the interview. I have to admit i was shocked to see that many people and got a little nervous because it was slightly overwhelming with everyone asking me many questions that weren't quite clear. I would advise anyone interviewing with mid first to be very confident and do lots of research about the position you are been considered for. I didn't get an offer but i still think it is a great company to work for, I understand how crucial it is to get along with your team so i can completely understand the group interviews but it helps if the questions are more direct and clear so they candidate can carefully answer the questions without feeling like they are under a microscope lol Overall I think the manager is amazing and I wish i wasn't so nervous because i would have excelled tremendously in this role, I just blame the staffing agency for misinforming me about alot of things.
