Midas Exchange interview questions

I spoke with Hr and she passed me onto 2 people. I had two back to back 30 minute interviews with team members. It was weird because I feel they asked a lot of the same questions.

A somewhat different experience that what people previously mentioned, but it makes sense since my interview is about two years later. Met with 1 manager first and then 2 other managers last. The 2 other managers were NOT who I was supposed to initially meet with. The first talk was more relaxed. The second talk was proposed to be "more conversational". Not true. These people observe you like predator on prey. It could have been because they were last minute interviewers, but that excuse is gone when you claim that we would have a "conversational" round when that isn't the case. I discussed my resume, and answered a few questions about how I worked and also how I would react in different situations regarding the work environment. Didn't have the pleasure to discuss if "I loved to win or hated to lose"
