The initial interview process was smooth. The usual questions about your practice background and history of HRT therapy experience. They discussed what hours are available, pay, benefits, etc. I moved on to the next step where they have you do a simulation online on an AI patient. That went well.

first had interview with recruiter. He then set up a virtual patient visit which was kind of nerve-wracking but when are interviews not? then scheduled an interview with hiring manager. all in all so far it has been a pleasant experience.
Initial interview with recruiter and then a nurse management. Required 3 references, including one manager. Pretty standard interview. Gives you 72 hours after offer to decide. My recruiter was very responsive and nice to work with.
