I applied in-person. I interviewed at Midlands State University
Interview
It was a fair process. The panel was friendly and asked practical questions relevant to the job in question. The environment was friendly. It calmed my nerves and gave me the confidence to respond to interview questions without stuttering.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Midlands State University (Zimbabwe) in Jun 2020
Interview
Relaxed, the panel was warm and welcoming - it was sort of a discussion with the panel members, no need to cram mission statement etc,... they were more concerned about the job role as specified in the advert
