The hiring process was very structured and professional. There were no surprises during the hiring nor interview process. The interview process was over the phone but they prefer via video conference and this is due to the location of many applicants. There is a lot of documentation that will need to be provided but nothing unusual for the aviation field, specifically someone who will be on flight status.

Easy just need cto and experience. Drug test they test for all the major ones. You need a class 2 medical that you have to pay for then they pay the ones each year after. So drug test and medical mandatory. Easy interview process
