I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Midwest Communications (Nashville, TN) in Mar 2025
Interview
The interview process was unnecessarily long. It took over a month of coordination to organize a time to meet for the second interview. Once I went to the location for the on-site interview four hours away, my interviewer requested that I come in at a different day although she knew that I had already driven to the location.

Question 1
How much experience do you have with digital marketing campaigns?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Midwest Communications in Feb 2016
Interview
I drove an hour and a half three times to interview here, and then got completely ghosted. The first interview went really well. Then, they had me come again to interview with the regional manager. That one went really well, too. The third time, they verbally offered me the job and sent me home, telling me to think it over and email them in the morning.
Before I had the chance to email them back, I got a message saying that they needed three references, and that they had just re-posted the position and needed to wait to do anything official. I sent them my references, and they told me to follow up in a week.
I followed up the next week, and they said they were still going through other applicants (even though they had already offered me the job?) and would get back to me soon. After following up a couple more times and getting more non-committal answers, I gave up. I never even got an official rejection.

Interview
The sales manager was very professional when setting up the appointment and following through with a second interview. Met with the VP on the second interview. Both interviews were relaxed but upfront about what the position entailed. The paperwork process was unnecessarily complex and strenuous. I ended up not starting in my position until the Monday after the Wednesday which was originally planned due to a completely unnecessary requirement. After my own research into what the government requires of new employees I found 2/3 different ways that the situation could have been handled better.
