Midwest Elite Group interview questions

Had interview and was told it would be a "quick" first interview. After the lady told me a few highlights about the company she asked if and when I would be available for a 2nd interview. Then she asked if I had any questions. I asked about pay and was informed that everyone started as entry level. The pay was hardly anything, but I would have the opportunity to advance depending on my work in 6 months or so. As an HR Mgr, I have to say I had a very uneasy feeling about this business. I informed her that I was not interested in moving forward with the 2nd interview.

2 interview process. First they call you to come in for first interview. After second interview they let you know you'll be shadowing someone but fail to tell you its door to door. After you're done shadowing they bring you to lunch to discuss everything about the job.
