Interview
I ended up speaking to four different people, including the CEO and CFO, over the course of 2.5 weeks through a series of Zoom calls. Everyone I spoke to was cordial, intelligent, and pleasant, and by the end of the process I was pretty excited to join the team.

Questions with my immediate supervisor were focused mostly on my experience and understanding of the tasks the role would involve, whereas the other interviews were more focused on culture fit.
