Interview was with Kelly, the founders daughter. She was approachable and down to earth. She brought software developers with her to ask me technical questions. She also asked what my goals were in considering that company for employment.

Straightfoward. Met with the leader of the team I was applying to work with. Went through credibility and qualifications, followed by describing the role I'd be filling. No real technical testing during the interview
