The interview was through Skype and it kinda seemed scripted. Interview was quick and no video chatting. My questions were still answered even though it seemed scripted. I asked some specific questions that a script wouldn’t be able to answer, though it was most of the time only one word.
The whole interview was on a Skype message board, which was fine with me. The responses from the hiring manager seemed scripted, but answered any questions I had. No previous experience was necessary but they ask you if you are familiar with certain softwares etc.
