The interview process is a selection via the selection of processing one's resume. After the resume is selected, Human Resources will notify if interested by phone or email. There is a process after that and then orientation. At this time I am a Clinical intern with weeks to go, however, with active learning, and good job performance, the company is interested in hiring their interns after graduation with state licensing and other appraisals.

I was interviewed by the clinical director who appeared pretty desperate to have me start working and did not ask any of the standard interview questions (why do you want to work here, strengths/weakness). She asked me how soon I can start and if i had any salary requirements. She notified me of their hourly rate which was far below industry standards.
