I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mindcolor Autism (Richardson, TX) in Jul 2025
Interview
The interview process at the Richardson location was smooth, organized, and very welcoming. After submitting my application, I was contacted quickly to schedule an initial interview. The questions were straightforward and focused on both my experience and my interest in working with kids. The center director and BCBA made me feel comfortable right away and were very open about expectations, the day-to-day responsibilities of an RBT, and the overall culture of the clinic.

Interview
The first step was to have a 3-way phone interview with one of the founders as well as the local Center Director. Both were incredibly friendly. Then I had an in-person interview with the local Center Director. After that I received an email within 48 hours with my job offer.
