Interview
Received a call to confirm my interest and arrange for Skype interview. Skype interview with HR and account Manager. Proceeded to the next round for written assessment. After a successful written assessment an offer was received. Once the offer was accepted the details of training were confirmed.
I got asked basic questions about handling customer questions and how to manage irate customers. They also asked about my language proficiency to handle international customers and my previous work experiences.

the interview process was ill organised and ill managed. I got a total of 3 phone interviews with 3 different people who asked me about the same questions.
A guy from Spain checked my proficiency of my native language that was different from his!
