Minnesota Orchestra interview questions

After submitting my resume and cover letter, I had an interview over the phone. We discussed the experience I listed on my resume, and talked about why I wanted the position. I was able to elaborate on the skill that qualified me, and we talked about the responsibilities of the development department intern.

applied online with resume and cover letter to HR, received call back for a 30-minute in-person interview a week later. interview went relatively well, HR was easy to talk to. interview included questions about customer service experience, conflict resolution, and any interest in music (not required for the role).
